You meet in front of the restaurant Le Tre Sorelle, on Via del Brigantino at Positano's main beach, Spiaggia Grande. The crew hold an orange umbrella from 20 minutes before departure, and the listing asks you to arrive 15 minutes early. The boat returns you to the same beach.
No transfer is included, and none is needed if you are staying in town: walk down through the lanes. From the Sponda bus stop the walk down is shorter. How the town fits together is on getting around Positano.
